Return Policy

Overview
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle, return or exchange policy on all purchases made on this website (exceptions apply; see below). All return requests can be either made on our returns page or by e-mailing us at returns@bluecaspian.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item, and will inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected. 

All items are additionally subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. The exact restocking fee will vary depending on the item(s) itself, the quantity of the item(s), and condition of the item(s) being returned. Additionally, shipping fees may be deducted from the refunds, including actual shipping costs for any free shipments. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Upon a satisfactory return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution and method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the refund has not been posted in your account after 5-7 business days after your approval notice, you may need to contact your financial institution for possible processing delays.

If after some time you have still not received a refund and your financila instution did not have any status updates for you, please contact us at info@bluecaspian.com.

Exceptions
All clearance items are final sales, and are sold "as-is." Defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds. 

Exchanges
You may also elect to exchange your item for an exact replacement, or a different item. If exchanging for a different item, the original sale price will be deducted from the price of the new replacement. Any remainder amount, if any, will be refunded after the exchange is processed.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
For damaged or defective items, we will provide you with a paid shipping label to return the item to us. In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is claimed as damaged but is revealed otherwise upon inspection of a return, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
